Il Piccolo Verde is proud to serve gluten free pizza. Our Caputo gluten free flour comes from our flour company in Naples used to make our Napoletana pizza “come una volta” as it once was. We also serve gluten free bread and a handful of dishes devoted to the gluten free grains Buckwheat, millet, amaranth, and quinoa. At Il Piccolo Verde we bake our own bread fresh daily. One of our favorites is thin focaccia with organic unrefined coconut oil and garlic.
Il Piccolo Verde’s head Chef Pablo Merida and Manager Oscar Morel have dedicated a special section of their menu to dishes cooked with celtic sea salt, gluten-free grains, cold-pressed and unrefined oils, and fresh vegetables. The dishes are both tasty and healthy.
