We were so proud to celebrate with our own Master Chef Pablo Merida as he was honored as the Culinary Visionary at the 2018 Flavors of Los Angeles last night in Hollywood. Pablo Merida is master Italian chef at ou Il Piccolo Verde with more then 13 years of experience cooking fine dining Italian food. Pablo’s recipes come come largely from the Romano family who were prominent in Westwood and Santa Monica in the sixties to the eighties.
Pablo has brought a discipline to selecting quality ingredients and inventory so that we always server the freshest fare. Pablo continues experimenting with new dishes and combinations always searching for something new and innovative or putting a fresh twist on a traditional Italian cuisine.
