Il Piccolo Verde is known to have the best Neapolitan Pizza in Brentwood. We prefer to call it Napoletana or “Pizza as it once was.”
Chef Pablo Merida makes our Neapolitan Pizza dough fresh daily from imported flour to bake at 900 degrees in our special Caputo wood burning oven. There is really nothing like wood fired pizza but Chef Merida prefers to burn Almond Wood for an extra savory flavor.
Our crust is always cooked to perfection and it only takes about 4 minutes in our oven. Unlike our New York Style Pizzas, the Neapolitan style is thinner with a crisp crust. It’s light so the flavors in our toppings become dominant.
